CDF Community Fund - Notice of Withdrawal (NOW) Process

To complete the withdrawal of funds online for a 31 Day Mission Saver Account and Mission Saver Student Account, you will need to complete the Notice of Withdrawal (NOW) process, once logged into CDF Online.

Need help completing the NOW process?

Step 1


  • Log in to CDF Online (Personal)
  • From the 'Accounts' menu, select the 'Transactions / Account Details' option, then select the Account Details tab

Step 2


  • Click on 'Account Details'


Step 3


  • Click the 'Manage Notice' button


Step 4


  • Click the 'Add' button


Step 5


  • System will pre-fill the 'Created', 'Fund Available From' and 'Expiry' dates.
  • Fill in amount to be withdrawn
  • Click 'Save'


Step 6


  • Screen will show a preview of the NOW loaded and will also allow options to 'Remove' or 'Add' a new NOW
